EquaGel The Protector Cushion

This 100% EquaGel Protector 2" (5cm) thick cushion provides pressure injury prevention in two stages:

• The top layer has a thin wall gel with a tight grid for comfort
• The bottom layer has a thicker wall gel with a wide grid for deep posture support
  

The pelvic area of the cushion is contoured to more evenly distribute a user’s weight than flat cushions, while retaining 1 ¾” (4.5cm) of buckling gel under the pressure points. EquaGel's Column Buckling Technology provides immersion into the cushion.

The EquaGel Protector Cushion's “no valve, no pump, no air cells” design simplifies usage.

Temperature-neutral properties with open cell design create airflow to keep the cushions 12-15° cooler than an air or foam cushion.

Covers:

• Vapour permeable, fluid and fire resistant, and easy to clean
  
• Feature a carry handle, Velcro positioning tab, and a rear zip

The cushion is not waterproof but optional waterproof covers are sold separately.
