The handle is ergonomically designed to keep the wrist straight and ensure a stable grip. The top of the Relieve Carving Knife handle is smoothly curved to support comfortable positioning of the thumb. To facilitate easy cutting, the blade is very sharp and is also lower than the handle to minimise the hand coming into contact with the food. The blade is long enough to cut bread.
