Guardian's MediFone 4G Pendant is half medial alert and half mobile phone. It’s extremely reliable with 250 fall detection sensitivity levels. If falling is a concern, this is the Guardian device to choose. The MediFone pendant's LED screen displays the date, time, and signal strength while voice prompts (English only) guide the user. GPS tracking and geofencing can trigger a response when the wearer wanders beyond a safe area (unique to the pendant). MediFone can speed-dial up to eight (8) emergency contacts and alerts users when the battery is low. Optional accessories include a belt clip (unique to the pendant) and shower pouch. The MediFone pendant is suitable for family or professional monitoring. Family monitored means that when the SOS button is pressed, the personal alarm will alert any mobile or landline number that the user has provided during set up, such as family, friends, neighbours, or carers. For professionally monitored devices, the SOS button will alert the user's 24/7 monitoring company to respond.
