The Homecraft Caring Cutlery Knife is stainless steel and moulded into a contoured, ivory-coloured plastic handle with built-up ends. Designed for users with a weak grip and restricted wrist or finger mobility, the Homecraft Knife supports independence at meal times. The knife has a shaped indent on top of the handle for the index finger, aiding the user in directional control. The knife also has a serrated blade to make cutting easier. The Homecraft Caring Cutlery range is hygienically sealed, easy to clean, and industrial dishwasher safe. The handle length is 127 mm (5").
